Life/Health Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member (Base Salary + Commission)

requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Organizational skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
  • Ability to conduct interviews in the office and in customer's home or business
  • Life and Health license (must have currently)
  • Courses on ethical and customer centered sales practices will be required
  • Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
  • Position may require irregular working hours

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

  • Our office is open 9-5:30 Mon-Fri.

  • I am a second generation State Farm agent.
  • I am a proud graduate of East Carolina University.
  • We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
